Lindsey Deluce was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario. She grew up in the large Deluce family. Her childhood and family cottage.
Her family carries a notable name in Canadian aviation. Her uncle, Robert Deluce, is the founder and former president and chief executive of Porter Airlines, which he launched in 2006 out of Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport.

Deluce met Andrew “Drew” Ball in 2004, in an unusual way. His brother was dating her sister, and the two properly met when Drew was invited to the family cottage, where they talked all night until sunrise.
Drew proposed on her 30th birthday, and they married on October 16, 2010, at the Devil’s Glen Country Club near Duntroon, Ontario, a ski club they had both visited as children without knowing each other. They honeymooned in Bora Bora.
Andrew co-owns a contracting business, and the two are also business partners in real estate. They buy older homes, renovate them, and sell them, and in 2020 they set up their own property company together.
