Women who achieve success on their own have really amazing stories. They show that hard work and not giving up can lead to great things. One such inspiring woman is IPS Navjot Simi. She started as a dentist but later became an IPS officer.

Navjot was born on 21st December 1987 in Gurdaspur, Punjab. She studied dentistry at Baba Jaswant Singh Dental Hospital and Research Institute, Ludhiana. After working as a dentist for a while, she decided to prepare for the UPSC exam.

Navjot got coaching in Delhi and passed the UPSC exam on her first try, ranking 735th. She became an IPS officer in Bihar. Currently, she works as the DSP of Patna, helping to prevent crime and protect people.

As an IPS officer, Navjot uses social media like Instagram and Twitter to connect with people. She has many followers who appreciate her work.

Navjot believes that dedication and motivation are crucial for success in exams. She suggests having a clear vision of why you want to join civil services and what you want to achieve.

Navjot is married to IAS Tushar Singla, who also cracked the UPSC exam in 2015 and is currently the District Magistrate of Banka in Bihar.
