Muskan Dagar, a determined candidate from the Haryana village of Sehlanga, achieved an impressive feat by securing the 72nd position in the UPSC exam. The UPSC, known as one of India’s most prestigious exams, attracts millions of aspirants each year, but only a select few, including women like Muskan, successfully navigate through all three rounds to become IAS, IPS, and other esteemed officials.
Hailing from a supportive family, Muskan diligently prepared for the UPSC test, dedicating 12 hours a day to her studies with the aid of internet resources. She completed her early education in her district and later pursued a B.Sc. degree from Hindu College, Delhi, before deciding to appear for the UPSC exam.
Though Muskan’s first attempt yielded an AIR (All India Rank) of 474, she didn’t lose hope and continued to put in tremendous effort to improve her score. Her perseverance paid off, as she eventually secured the remarkable 72nd rank in the UPSC.
