Nathan Downer is a Toronto-based TV journalist and news anchor with Bell Media.
He is the co-anchor of CTV News Toronto at Noon and CTV News at Six, alongside Michelle Dubé on CFTO-DT.
He was named the permanent co-anchor in December 2019, replacing long-time anchor Ken Shaw.
He began co-anchoring CTV News Toronto at Noon on December 10, 2019, and took over the full 6 p.m. role on January 7, 2020, after Shaw’s final newscast.
