Nikita started her film career in Malayalam cinema with 1983 (2014). She acted with Nivin Pauly in the film.
In the same year, Galrani had a guest role in Ohm Shanthi Oshaana, led by Nivin Pauly and Nazriya Nazim.
She played the role of a nurse in Vellimoonga (2014) alongside the film’s lead, Biju Menon.
In 2015, Galrani made her Tamil film industry debut in the horror comedy film Darling.
She also worked in Malayalam films Ivan Maryadaraman and Oru Second Class Yathra in the same year.
