After receiving her MBA in 2008, Anasuya Bharadwaj worked as an HR executive but opted to work as a TV anchor for Sakshi TV instead of accepting several early movie offers. Initially a news presenter for the channel, she later joined Maa Music as an anchor and also worked as a dubbing artist for the movies Vedam and Paisa. However, it was her stint as a TV anchor on Jabardasth, a popular comedy show, that helped her gain immense popularity and elevate her career.
Anasuya Bharadwaj stepped into the film industry in 2016 with the movie Soggade Chinni Nayana alongside Nagarjuna. Later that year, she showcased her acting skills by playing the negative lead role in the movie Kshanam. Anasuya is a well-known TV anchor who has hosted many awards shows including the Okarikokaru Awards, Star Parivaar Awards, and Zee Kutumbam Awards on Zee Telugu for three consecutive years.
