1999: Starts at ROBTV (now BNN Bloomberg)

Erlichman’s career began in 1999 when the Canadian business news channel ROBTV (Report on Business Television) was launching.

He was initially hired as an editorial assistant after responding to a job ad and quickly worked his way into on-air roles.

He covered business stories during the height of the dot-com boom, including the rise of companies like Amazon and the Canadian tech wave.

He also anchored business newscasts on CTV’s Canada AM and CTV Newsnet during this period.
