She is also part of a power couple, as her husband Nikesh Arora is the CEO of Palo Alto Networks, a multi-billion dollar cybersecurity giant. Thapar comes from a prominent Indian business family, the Thapar Group. At the same time, Nikesh holds the distinction of being one of the wealthiest Indian CEOs globally, with a net worth of Rs 8,500 crore.

Ayesha Thapar completed her schooling at Modern School in Delhi before obtaining a degree in economics from Wellesley College. She currently holds the position of Managing Director at Indian City Properties Limited, a prominent real estate company. Ayesha Thapar hails from a prestigious business lineage that traces back to her legendary grandfather, Karam Chand Thapar, a renowned business tycoon.

Additionally, she has had experience running a telecommunications company in Miami.

Ayesha was previously married to Turkish business tycoon Engin Yesil. In California, she is the owner of the restaurants Ettan and Copra, which she operates in partnership with celebrity chef Srijith Gopinathan.
