He always paid attention to me like a younger brother.
Jackie Shroff added, “When he was an assistant director, I showed his pictures to the filmmakers I knew. Eventually, KC Bokadia’s brother-in-law gave him a break in Bollywood. The movie ‘Maine Pyar Kiya’ made him a star, but I believe I helped him get started in the industry. That’s how our friendship began.“
