Every year, lakhs of candidates aspire to become an IAS officer by taking the UPSC exam. However, only a few succeed in fulfilling their dream of cracking the exam. While many candidates manage to pass the UPSC exam after multiple attempts, Ananya Singh achieved success on her first attempt.
Ananya Singh, at the young age of 22, cracked the UPSC exam and became an IAS officer. She secured the 51st rank in the exam.
Ananya Singh, an IAS officer from Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, completed her schooling at St Mary’s Convent School. She was the top-performing student in her district in both Class 10th and 12th exams conducted by the CISCE board. She pursued her graduation in Economics with Honors from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi.

Ananya Singh, the IAS officer, possesses skills in playing the synthesizer and has a fondness for reading. In an interview with Delhi Knowledge Track, she mentioned that she resumed practicing answer writing after the Main exam.
She expressed that due to time constraints, she couldn’t focus much on writing. Nevertheless, she managed to crack the UPSC exam on her first attempt.
Currently, Ananya Singh, the IAS officer, is posted in West Bengal. She maintains an active presence on social media and has garnered over 39,000 followers on Instagram.
