She joined Flipkart in 2013. This company acquired Myntra. Flipkart was acquired by Walmart. Nandita Sinha remained with Flipkart for over 8 years. She was also responsible for customer growth and retention by using various strategies such as merchandising, recommendations, incentives, gamification, and off-platform media including digital, performance, partnerships, and TV. Prior to becoming the CEO, she held the position of Vice President of Customer Growth, Media, and Engagement.
Nandita Sinha completed her B-Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, BHU. Later, she completed her MBA in marketing and strategy from the well-known Faculty of Management Studies (FMS). She is from Lucknow and enjoys reading books, but little is known about her personal life.
