Nupur Alankar was born on November 25, 1972, in Jaipur. She completed her schooling there before moving to Mumbai with her family. Nupur always had a passion for cultural events, excelling in academics, acting, and dancing.

After graduation, Nupur began modeling and appearing in advertisements, which paved her way to acting on TV. Her career took off swiftly. Then, in September 2022, Nupur stunned everyone by announcing her departure from showbiz to pursue spirituality.

Nupur mentioned she left the film world in February 2022. She credited her guru, Shambhu Sharan Jha, for guiding her into spirituality. Despite rumors, Nupur clarified she was content with her life but felt drawn to explore spirituality more deeply.

In 2002, Nupur married Alankar Srivastava, and she chose to retire with his and her mother-in-law’s support. During an interview, Nupur disclosed her separation from her husband but stated they didn’t take any legal steps.
