Shweta Kawaatra, an actor known for her roles in Indian television, has recently shared her fitness journey on Instagram. At the age of 40, she began her workout regimen and expressed how she wished she had started much earlier, during her teenage years.

During her younger days, Shweta was actively involved in sports until the stress of board exams took over, leading her to give up regular workouts. She mentioned that back then, there were no fitness role models, and the prevailing mindset in India focused on losing weight to be considered fit, which she believes is not true.

Despite the late start, Shweta is pleased with her decision to prioritize fitness now. During her holidays, she maintained the discipline of workouts for the first time in seven years, showing her commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
