His mother, Ganeshi Devi, and father, Jashodi Ram, emphasized that their son receives the knowledge he wants to attain.

His special interest in studies led him to attain higher education at Desh Bandhu college, which is affiliated with the University of Delhi. As a student, he lived in the capital city for a long time, during which he learned about the political scenario in the nation’s center. It later shaped his career path ahead in his life.
