Rubika started off with her career in 2007 as a news anchor for the channel News 24. The following year, she went ahead with her special ‘Taal Thok key for the channel Zee news; here, she worked as a senior news anchor and editor. This is where her career boosted to new heights and she gained fame.
This was also when she met Rohit Sardana, the famous Journalist from Aaj Tak and his personality influenced Liyaquat to a great extent. During her tenure there, she also met Sudhir Chaudhary, who’s a great inspiration to her.
After learning and gaining an experience from the channel, Rubika finally bid farewell to Zee news after 10 long years and moved ahead to join ABP News in 2018.
