Bill Coulter has built a long career in Canadian television, moving from behind the scenes to on-air weather, and branching into hosting and acting along the way.

Mid 1990s: Early years at The Weather Network

Coulter began his broadcast career at Pelmorex Corp. and The Weather Network, where he spent about eight years.

He worked in technical and production roles before moving in front of the camera as a weather presenter.
