Early Career

David’s journalism career started with a local news channel KLFY-TV, and he was a teen reporter there, while he was in high school. This was located in his birthplace Louisiana. After David completed his graduation, he was hired as a full-time reporter at KLFY-TV. Later, he was promoted as the news anchor for the weekend morning and evening.
