Diana Pereira is a Canadian digital journalist, news manager, and journalism instructor. She is best known as the Manager of Enterprise Content and Digital News at CityNews and 680 News Radio Toronto.

Pereira has more than 25 years of newsroom experience. She was part of the pioneering digital team at globeandmail.com from 1999 to 2006, where she helped introduce breaking news to the site for the first time and covered major events such as 9/11 and the death of Pope John Paul II.

1980s: First published work as a child writer

When Pereira was 10 years old, she submitted a poem and a book report to the teenage page of The Toronto Sun.
