In 2001 the 18-year-old Errol Barnett was offered his first job as the youngest news anchor and reporter for the youth-oriented by Channel One News in their Los Angeles-based division. While he was still a college student got the job before completing his graduation, he worked for Channel One News during his summer holidays.
