Apoorva Yadav secured the 13th All India Rank (AIR) in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam in 2016, on her fourth attempt. Prior to this, she had left her job at TCS in the United States to return to India and pursue her dream of becoming an IAS officer.

Who is IAS Aproova Yadav?
Apoorva Yadav is a native of Mainpuri in Uttar Pradesh and completed her education in Hindi. She obtained an engineering degree and then joined the multinational company TCS. After working there for some time, she moved to the United States and worked for the company for three years.
While in America, Apoorva Yadav made the decision to pursue a career in administrative service by studying for the UPSC exam. She began her UPSC exam preparations after returning to India. Despite facing failure three times, Apoorva persevered with her studies and ultimately passed the exam in 2016 on her fourth attempt.

Apoorva tied the knot with Vishal Tyagi in a grand wedding ceremony in Shivpuri, Uttarakhand. She has a significant following on social media, with over 12,000 followers on Instagram.
Apoorva Yadav also runs a YouTube channel, and along with her husband Vishal Tyagi, they have a joint Instagram page called Vipoorva. With over 12,000 followers on her personal Instagram account, Apoorva has a significant social media presence. She learned English by reading books and watching TV shows in the language.
