According to media sources, Ria Dabi, who achieved the 15th rank in the UPSC examination and is also the sister of IAS Tina Dabi, has married Indian Police Services (IPS) officer Manish Kumar.
According to multiple sources, IAS Ria Dabi and IPS Manish Kumar reportedly had a private wedding in April. Media reports suggest that due to their busy schedules and time constraints, Ria and Manish opted for a court marriage.
About IPS Manish Kumar
Ria Dabi, an IAS officer, is married to Manish Kumar, who hails from Delhi. Manish secured the All India Rank (AIR) 581 in the 2020 Civil Service Examination conducted by UPSC. He was allotted the Maharashtra Cadre as an IPS officer. However, following his marriage to Ria Dabi, he was transferred from Maharashtra to Rajasthan.

As per reports, the transfer order of Manish Kumar was issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs on June 16, 2023. This order facilitated his relocation from Maharashtra to Rajasthan.

The couple initially crossed paths at Mussoorie Academy. After developing a friendship and eventually falling in love, they made the decision to tie the knot and get married.
IAS Tina Dabi has stated that the wedding reception of IAS Ria Dabi and IPS Manish Kumar will take place in the near future.
