Habiba Mostafa was awarded the title of Miss Congeniality, while Lou Dirchs received the title of Miss Social Media.
Originating from Breda, Rikkie Valerie is a 22-year-old Dutch-Moluccan model and actress. Her extraordinary triumph secures her position as the representative from the Netherlands for the highly anticipated 72nd Miss Universe 2023 pageant.
