1988 to 1996: Three-time Olympian for Canada
Edeh represented Canada in the 400 metres hurdles at three consecutive Summer Olympic Games. She competed at Seoul 1988, Barcelona 1992, and Atlanta 1996.
While at Rice University, she earned four-time All-American honours and was later inducted into the Rice University Athletic Hall of Fame. She also won a gold medal with Canada’s 4×400 metres relay team at the 1992 World Cup of Track and Field.

2017: Filmmaking Debut with Oliver Jones: Mind Hands Heart
In 2017, Edeh made her directorial debut with the documentary Oliver Jones: Mind Hands Heart. She wrote, produced, and directed the one-hour film, which honoured Canadian jazz pianist Oliver Jones.
