Malay Debnath’s journey is an extraordinary tale of resilience and determination. Hailing from a small village in North Bengal, his life has been a rollercoaster of challenges and triumphs.

At the tender age of six, tragedy struck when a political conflict led to the destruction of his family’s business in a fire. This setback plunged the family into hardship, struggling to rebuild their livelihood. Despite these adversities, Malay and his siblings managed their small tea business while juggling school commitments.

Upon completing his Class 12 education, Malay embarked on a courageous journey to Delhi armed with only 100 rupees from his mother. His initial job involved menial tasks of washing dishes and cleaning tables for a caterer. Despite the grueling workload, Malay’s dedication and work ethic stood out, earning him not only the owner’s trust but also a substantial increase in his wages.
