Asin Thottumkal, popularly known as Asin, is a former Indian actress, born on October 26, 1985 (40 years old) in Kochi, Kerala, India.
She mainly worked in Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi films, and is also known as the “Queen of Kollywood”.
Asin started her film career with the Malayalam movie Narendran Makan Jayakanthan Vaka (2001). She got her first big success with the Telugu film Amma Nanna O Tamila Ammayi (2003), which won her the Filmfare Best Telugu Actress Award.
