Khanna made her acting debut in the Hindi film Madras Cafe, where she played Ruby Singh. Her co-star was John Abraham
In 2014, she entered Telugu cinema with a lead role in Oohalu Gusagusalade with Naga Shaurya. In the same year, she also appeared in Manam (cameo) and acted in Joru.
She acted in Telugu films such as Jil with co-star Gopichand, Shivam with co-starRam Pothineni, and Bengal Tiger with co-stars Ravi Teja and Tamannaah Bhatia in 2015.
